In 2017 Tofflon partnered with OMCA and started design and manufacture this revolving machine in China for emerging markets. This revolving machine achieves outstanding performances and to solve successfully most of the intrinsic problems of traditional pressure filter dryers. 

- Improved product quality: The clever configuration of the rotating blades allows for an efficient, but rather smooth handling of the product avoiding all the mechanical stresses that in a standard configuration can, sometimes damage the product crystals.

- Improved product drying: Thanks to its revolutionary design, the machine has benefits from a 100% heating surface of the shell that allows for faster and uniform drying.

- Improved product discharge and much increased productivity: The machine has the possibility of virtually discharging the totality of the product, a rather important feature when using expensive product.  

- CIP/SIP: Thanks to the R-EVOLVE^TM TILTING PFD unique machine’s configuration, perfect cleaning and sanitation can be performed to achieve no risk of batch cross contamination.

- Reduced maintenance costs: The machine is fully electrically driven. There is no hydraulics, which means reduction of downtime and maintenance costs and elimination of any risk of contamination by oil leakages. There is also no need for a dust filter thus simplifying the machine itself and reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

- During design stage, digital modeling and simulation for facility layout, production line and process units.

- During centrifugation process, aseptic disk centrifuge is adopted to achieve auto discharging, online centrifugation and probiotics mud auto collection.

- Special freeze dryer (shelf-as-tray) is designed. Probiotics solution will directly contact with shelf to increase heat transfer efficiency. Therefore lyo cycle can be reduced from 72 hours to 62 hours with 14% lyo cycle shorter.

- After lyophilization, aseptic unloading is performed by auto robot with laser positioning, auto moving and lifting, auto unloading.

- IBC grinding, lifting, mixing and dispensing is automatic processing. 

Oncology

       - Scope of Tofflon Supply: Isolated Dispensing Systems, Crystallization Systems, Pressure Filter Dryer, Isolated Packaging Systems

Key Features

         - Isolator technology is adopted with Grade D background environment for temperature & humidity control and closed material transfer.

  - Powder is dispensed into solution tank within isolator. After dissolving, solution is transferred into crystallization tank through closed system to produce crystallized product with cooled WFI.

  - Crystallized solution is transferred through closed pipeline and discharged powder within isolator.

  - After powder dispensing and capping, the container will be externally washed and inactivated before transferring out of isolator.
